Examination will be held as per norms laid by the education Department.
Report on conduct, application and progress will be issued after each examination and the report should be returned to the class teacher on the next day, duly signed by the parent / guardian
Absence from the whole examination involves a total loss of marks.
Absence from one or more subjects involves the loss of marks for those subjects, and excludes the pupil from a card or prize and from being reckoned in the order of merit or rank in the examination.
Pupil absent from an examination, fro any reason are not reexamination and those absents from an examination without grave reasons, will be considered as having failed.
Willful breach of any of the regulations for the conduct of the examination is punishable with expulsion from the examination room or, if discovered subsequently, cancellation of the entire examination.
If a pupil is found copying during the tests examination he/she will be debarred from the entire examination.
The results of the exams are final and cannot be reconsidered.
Rules of promotion. From one class to another are those which are prescribed or permitted by the Department of Education. Marks of all unit tests and evaluation will be taken into consideration.
A student failing twice in a class will have to discontinue his students in the school. The leaving certificated will be issued at the end of the year along with the results of the final examination.
