All are expected to speak in English in the school premises.
On school days and functions the students must wear the school uniform. Students without full uniform will not be allowed in the classroom and, may be sent home in which case the school disclaims all responsibilities.
"Pupils should realize that they are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behaviour outside. Any reported or observed objectionable conduct out of the school on the part of the pupils shall make them liable for disciplinary action. "Irregular attendances, habitual idleness, disobedience, objectionable moral influence or a week's inexcusable absence, above all discourtesy, any disrespect to teachers are each of a sufficient cause for dismissal.
Those who go home on foot should not loiter on the way but be prompt in returning home. Students are warned not to buy anything, especially eatables from street vendors, and they should not walk in groups.
Students should make a note that they should remain in their complete uniform till they reach home after school. After school hours no child should be seen loitering about on the streets in their school uniform. Strict action will be taken against such a student.
On their way to and from School, students must remember that the school is adjudged by their conduct. They should greet the principal and Teachers of the school when they meet outside.
Every child is urged to contribute to the high tone of the school by his/her manners and deportment. Their language must be polite.
Personal Cleanliness in one's whole person, is expected from all.
No books, newspapers and periodicals may be brought into the school premises without the H. M.'s sanction. Pupils found with immoral books or pictures in their possession or lending them to others are liable to be expelled from the school.
The school does not accept responsibility for the loss of books, pens, money and so on. It is not advisable for pupils to have money other valuable articles with them.
Any damage or disfigurement done in or around the school premises must be made good by the parents of the of the child responsible or it. The decision of the H. M. regarding the amount to be paid is final.
All should take an honest pride in keeping the school clean. Be very careful during the recess not to litter in the compound and roadside with papers, leaves, seeds, etc. Avoid spitting in and around the school premises.
No fine of any kind or collection for any purpose whatsoever may be made without the H. M.'s previous sanction.
Students leaving the premises of the school in the course of the day will have to take written permission from the H. M. Repeated defaulters are liable to be dismissed.
If the child is detained in the school, the reason will be given in the calendar; otherwise parents should not accept the child's excuse for coming home late.
Pupils should come to school in time. Late comers without a written excuse from the parents will be sent home in which case the school disclaims all the responsibilities.
In the interest of your children please avoid criticizing the teachers or the school in their presence. If you so criticize, they will lose faith and respect for the teachers and will fail to learn from the teacher. If you have any legitimate grievances kindly report to the H.M..
No child will be permitted to bring razor blades, knives or other lethal object to the school. The use of pencil sharpeners is recommended.
Wearing any jewellery to the school is strictly prohibited.
Parents and guardians are especially required to notify the school any change of address.
Students are instructed not to apply nail Polish, Mehandi or any sort of make-up. Girls are warned that if found so strict action will be taken.
Boys are hereby informed, that no baggies or fashionable pants will be allowed in the school. Belts of black colour only are permissible. No ankle shoes are allowed. If found strict action will be taken against the child.
No students should arrange picnics, parties, get-together and involve other students of the school as this needs the prior sanction of the H. M. If any child is found disobeying the orders, he/she will be given a dismissal certificate.
Pupils who leave without due notice will be struck off the rolls for over a week's unexplained absence.
Leave of Absence
Students should attend the school regularly.
No leave of absence is granted except for serious reasons and only on previous written application of parents / guardians Leave record page is provided in this calendar.
As a rule, not more than two days leave of absence is granted.
Repeated absence renders the students liable for dismissal.
On duly certified grounds an extension of vacation is allowed provided prior permission is obtained from H. M.
On return to school, an absentee must produce his parent's written explanation for his absence in the "Absence Record" provided in this calendar.
Sectional religious holidays are allowed, but not more than one day in the same month and that too only on their parent's previous written application.
A Pupil who has been recently suffering from or exposed to any infectious disease will not be allowed to attend the school unless they bring doctor's certificating stating that the period of quarantine is over.
No half day leave will be granted to students.
Pupils are expected to return after the holiday on the day fixed.
